Woke up Saturday morning to water dripping from my garage ceiling through the seams of the sheet rock. Called for emergency service and Ryan scheduled a technician to come out within 2 hours. The technician, Chris, found the pinhole leak in an elbow and fixed it. He also fixed an elbow that was corroded but not leaking yet. The repair was quick and thoroughly cleaned up. The cost was very fair and both gentlemen were very kind and knowledgeable. I will use L&M again if needed. Additional review for January 13: Chad was here today and replaced the drain for my shower stall. The appointment was scheduled for the same day I called. It was a major repair but Chad completed the repair quickly. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I have felt very comfortable having both L & M gentlemen in my home. They are my go-to plumbers.

Two workers came around 8:30am and completed the task of removing and replacing my water tank by the afternoon. They were efficient, neat, quiet and very professional. I am very pleased with the work.

Sean was great! I called my now former plumber because I had a wet floor. He found a leaking pipe, said I needed to get a carpenter to remove a step so he could fix the leak. A friend contacted L&M, Sean came out the same day, removed the step, fixed the leaky pipe and put the step back. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable, we were very impressed with his work ethic. I will now contact L&M Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Thank you, Sean! You are awesome.
Had a UV light installed in our water treatment system. The work was done carefully and properly. We can always trust L&M to do what is needed. We appreciate L& M. Chris was FANTASTIC! He did a great job including a full house inspection. We are very pleased.
Chris quickly diagnosed my bathtub drain issue as a clog and was able to snake the offending hair out quickly. he also tightened a set screw on a loose faucet which has been an aggravation, if not a real problem. The complimentary plumbing inspection is reassurance that nothing else requires immediate attention.
Sean was excellent. He was able to work through the complicated problem of my drain field and repair it with personable explanations. He treated me, my family, and my property with care and respect. Absolutely will recommend to anyone.
Sean of L&M Plumbing was very knowledgeable and friendly. After realizing I was curious about the work being done, he showed me some of the extra steps they do to help prevent future plumbing issues. After a complimentary household plumbing check, Sean, gave us extra piece of mind confirming there were no issues with corrosion of valves and flanges, that I wouldn’t be able to tell until it was too late. Friendly and more than fare pricing, I recommend anyone to is having any plumbing issues, or need any questions answers, to give L&M a call first, you won’t be disappointed.

Called on a Friday morning with a "no water" emergency. Within 45 minutes Sean arrived and within 3 hours he had installed a brand new water pump, piping and wiring. Incredible service, would highly recommend L&M or all your plumbing needs.
We had come from a long weekend away and the next evening our water stopped working. I called the next morning and there was someone out shortly after lunch. they pulled the pump out of our 300' deep well and replaced it under warranty. Our water was flowing again in short order. A BIG thank you to all involved!
